SHAPER + FORMILLON BLACK

The OJÉ set is composed of:

 - 1 Shaper
 - 1 Formillon

 These tools are used to take perfect measurements from size 54 to 64 cm.

 Every person has a unique head shape and size, which is why these tools are essential for making custom pieces.

 Directions for use:

 - 1 - Position the elastic band provided on your client's head circumference which will allow you to compensate for the gap between the head circumference measurement and the finishing band that you will sew into your hat.

 -2- When taking the measurement, loosen the clamping butterflies so that you can insert your client's head. Once the impression is made, tighten the clamping screws using the key provided. You now have your first measurement.

 - 2 - Once your measurement is made with the conformer you can use the Formillon tool and insert it inside the measurement socket. Transfer your measurement to the Formillion which will form the perfect size in your hat.

 - 3 - You can also archive your print made with the conformer by downloading the tracing sheet attached to the user instructions to scan with a QR code.
