THE ROUNDING JACK

The Rounding Jack OJÉ tool is used to cut made to measure the brim of a felt hat in a single step.
 
- The tool  is adjustable for cutting between 2.5 to 20 Cm.
 
- The cutter blade can be retracted manually for added safety.
 
Using advice :
 
- Determine the size of your edge using the ruler on the tool.
 
- Once your measurement has been selected lock the central axis  using the tightening screws.
 
- Also adjust the depth of the blade according to the thickness of your felt.
 
- Position the arched part of the tool against the bottom of your skullcap, hold firmly the tool while following the curve of your skullcap.
 
Blade: Standard size 18 mm.
